每一次想起,就会发现自己有多可悲。

Endless memories,
too many to count.

We have no world cup in our tv because it is expensive. The match was agonising. 90 minutes, 30 minutes and penalty kicks. I think I jinx my teams. In primary school, I was never in the house/group that won. It's good enough we're not last. 3/1 was probably the only one that did well. Even in JC, Artemis was the worst. and the other day, I was just telling somebody if I have to pick, I'm supporting England and Japan. Next day, England lost. not so unlucky, I thought. Today, Japan lost. I'm going to try again this world cup finals. Maybe I'm going to bet money this time. HAHA~

Toy Story 3 was pretty damn good! It's got a nice story but sad and dark in between. I just knew the bear and the baby were... shall not spoil your movie :) I think all the spanish people should watch it. heh.

Look at what's in my junk mail? MYSELF.

Hang in there, woman!

"we're in monte carlo at a nice restaurant overlooking the sea
it's at night, and i tell him about the conversation you and i are having right now, and then he tells me the conversations he has had with his friend too - the very same ones
and we laugh and realise that we should have been talking to each other instead of our friends"

i read a story. i thought its nice :) and i just finished watching a concert. with a pirated download and headphones blasting in my ears. so good~ its work tomorrow again! and we're gonna take a walk in hortpark or mcritchie. did i say i love walking? :)

明日から会わないから、よかった!

to all you devoted readers, if you would recall, there was once a guy called Doctor a.k.a. Mr. P. OMG HES BACK! but no, this time he asked a stupid question to which i answered intelligently.
"attached?"
"technically no but theres someone."
well, im not lying~ now he backs off. so all this while ive been doing my good job of avoiding him, hes been "on off dating". none of them worked out. what a poor guy. looking for love but not finding it. he asked if im more "open" now, a hint to whether i would want to meet him. i said "still not." i wanted to give him a piece of advice (that is he seems too desperate and insincere) but he didnt even want to listen to me. claims that 'you are not a friend because we've never met'. well yeah, then why are you talking to me?
ego's at stake. i hope he finds true love though.
and same to you darling. looking forward to our little weekend trips in europe, or wherever. heh.

truth is, from the e.g. above, you can tell im so not nice to people. which out of nowhere, i got this belief in the balance of life, it explains my retribution. you avoid somebody, someone else is going to avoid you. simple maths, +1-1 = 0, except that some people arent born with a baseline 0. some hold highly positive values, some highly negative. so the lucky gets lucky at the end of the day. the unlucky just gets rubbish all the time.

and just in case i forget, im gonna write it down. "im going to tell you."

recently my convos are getting interesting.

明日。。。サボロウ!!

The craziness within me is thinking if Sapporo has anything to do with this? I'm MAD.
------------------------------

For the first time, the doctor gave me vitamin C. He didnt look exactly happy when I asked for the MC. We need to solve the mystery of why Mum doesnt like the idea of me changing a new handset. The last one that turned into a 'touchscreen' has been around for almost 4 years. And its not like I'm asking her to pay for it~

The epitome of my tolerance and his ignorance.
He reads a story, barely understanding the words but pictures were enough, or so he thinks. Finally, he had a question, 'why did the boy lose his power?'
'What do you think?', I asked, NICELY.
'Well, God must have known he was angry *me breathing in hard* with his power so God took it away~'

That's it. I raised my voice. DO NOT ATTRIBUTE EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING TO GOD. (Sorry, my christian friends.) This is ultimate stupidity. If you're going to stay this way, you'll never learn. Because everything is too convenient. Still, I decided, the next time, I'll ask him to pray to God to ask for intelligence in learning. I hope that works.

I think I've spent enough time engrossed in my own little fantasy world. Yesterday, I was thinking. In fact, I have been thinking. But yesterday, it didn't take me so long to realise how pathetic I am. then I decided I'm going to snap out of this. The rest will just become memories. PH was right. then everything becomes beautiful.

I CANT WAIT TO GO! WOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Since Sunday, Ive been down with a terrible cold and a headache. It feels like I'm choked from my eye levels till my throat. and the rest of my oesophagus is just burning. Alright, what an expression. I think I'm going to take an MC soon.

Yesterday I went for a meetup for N3. The notes are helpful except for this m. girl. She kept talking to herself. She had to read everything out. The organiser called her name but she wouldn't response. Maybe shes autistic. I dont know. So weird. Which reminds me, I really hate it when people have to read things out when we're self-studying. You know those idiots in class? Or those you have to sit beside in the examination hall. Theres actually a girl in Psych who does that. I hate it when I have to sit behind her. She mumbles throughout. You cant concentrate and you dont get to hear her answers. You just hear some whisperings. on and on and on...

What am I doing now? I should be at work. Its a full week this week. and I'm so sick. even my head hurts.

Why so negative?

We listen to the radio everyday. Initially it was all oldies. Sometimes its weird songs. Sometimes its lousy songs. Doesnt help when you're sleepy from a heavy lunch.

why were there such miserable lyrics? especially the last line. its all negative. tsk tsk.

i had a very eventful wkend. friday late afternoon, the firm went to for a game of badminton. sat morning i had a project meeting, which, guys, im sorry to say but... why is there always sth new that i dont know about during each meeting? at first it was emotions. then there came valence n intensity. now theres heuristics. why? so when are we ever gonna stop with surprises? tell me beforehand darlings, thank you.

then it was cycling at ECP. freaking hot and i ran out of sunblock and my sunglasses were loose. yeah, bro said i looked like a bimbo with them on. lols. and the breaks were alternated on the bike. weird. so i kept going fwd everytime i tried to break. until we discovered tt we shd use e left break instead. lets see if we can still do this next yr~

then the boys arrived in the evening. i have no idea why i didnt see them sitting on the floor when i walked passed. haha. i mean its 5 men we're talking about. so i dropped them at their house, let them take a shower while i watched them parade naked in front of me when they exit the bathroom. OK I WAS KIDDING. but thanks for the pocky guys! love itttttttttt! and then we had late dinner and then... WE WATCHED WORLD CUP. my gawd, first time i did it outside, with beer. and not a kopitiam. starting to sound atas to you? :P

sunday, we walked all over. i do think singapore is pretty damn nice now. the central area is really pretty eh, and tiong bahru n chinatown are old but pretty too. its just the freaking weather. the sun is scorching and the air is stuffy. speaking of which, i caught a cold again. i suspect its nobu's fault. after walking beside him for 1 full day, finally i got the truth out "im sick". right, just enough time to catch the virus. but little nobu is really cute. i want him for a pet. SQUISHY SQUASHY~! and real glad to see them here. Ivan has the best story, we were trying to take a photo and suddenly he goes "XXX!" and that other guy goes 'IVAN!'. the 2 ran towards each other in slow-mo and hugged and kissed. *CUT* nah, they just hugged and start speaking. amazing, he met mr XXX in Japan and now they're both here on a holiday. and mr XXX is indian while Ivan is Dominican. How can 2 people from 2 different places meet in one part of asia and then another part of asia. so i turned around and exclaimed "Daisuke!". very sporting guy, he replied "OH! HIKO!" lols.

thanks for the group hug and 后会有期 :)

As part of my workout, I've decided to walk to places after work. Right right, the workout was just an excuse. I'm just a weirdo who likes to walk so I decided to explore different routes from my workplace and I found this shortcut that leads to Dhoby and I decided to take it on today. It was kind of scary because on the left is the Istana, all fenced up and on your right are all rich men's condos with a few under construction. So if anything happens, nobody's gonna save you unless the FEEEWW passing cars. and somewhere along the way, the path stops and you gotta jaywalk to the other side to continue. I think I took a good 20 minutes to see Orchard Rd and the police man approached me. I thought he was gonna ask where did I come from, I mean if you were to see me in that outfit with a laptop bag and heels, walking out of NOWHERE...

No, he was just gonna say "Where are you going?" and that caught me for a second. Whatever my ans was, it didnt matter, the road was a dead-end, ONLY FOR TODAY. because a tree had fallen off and apparently its blocking the path ahead, i guess~ because the next thing hes gonna say was "its really huge." He apologised a few times and said I have to go back from where I came from (you kidding me? I was practically trekking the forest.) and I said "but theres no traffic lights nearby, so I'll just jaywalk?"

This time, I caught him for a second. "Well... you will have to go by the long way but if you decide to, I'll just pretend I didn't see you." Very nice guy but I shall not give you any trouble. Having decided to gain some good karma, I walked all the way back to mid-way Cavenagh Rd and had to legally cross back to the correct path to cross the bridge and get to Orchard Rd again. On my way back, I saw 2 men. Wanted to tell them to turn around but they seemed like they would just jaywalk anyway so I let them go. Ok, what an excuse. Then I saw this mother (with a pram that comes with a baby inside) and daughter cross the road legally and headed for PS direction, I yelled across the road to ask if they were going to PS. the little girl heard me but she couldnt really make out my words. The mum looked pissed actually. I had to keep saying "BLOCKED!" gesturing with my hand. Finally, she understood and turned back and I went off in a hurry, for which, I dont know why. Then the little girl came running after me just to say "My mum says Thank you!"

Now, wouldnt that put a smile on your face? For once, I was being brave and nice, lending strangers a helping hand. So proud of myself. HAHA!

"[10:39:57 PM] moisset: no u r just ridiculous but its nice really !"
i love people's honesty sometimes :)

weekends arent productive. i slept like a pig, learnt some japanese, watched some vids, and im still in the midst of cleaning my room. i hope im done by the end of the month. today, the weather was great. the sun was barely out (until maybe 3pm). so... i walked to school. took me almost an hour. i just had to check a blank, return a key and i watched an episode of yamato nadeshiko shichi henge. some parts are funny, but overall, its quite boring. i think im too tired. ive been sitting in front of the screen watching it, just kind of getting it over and done with. i wasnt really thinking. until finally, i realised i was feeling bored. MY GAWD! is my brain slow or what? anyway, i wanna finish it so i'll just fast fwd. i got a pay rise. its not a lot but its enough. im constantly reminding myself to count my little blessings. tomorrow i'm gonna start work proper. still gotta tutor the kids though. i really want to help the little one speak chinese.

thanks to the little devils, my throat hurts. i need to start doing ms-yeo practices on my diaphragm i guess. haha.

im a lousy sister. im not attending my bro's graduation ceremony. feels like shit. maybe i should come back earlier.

I've been walking a lot lately. Yesterday, I took a stroll along Bukit Timah after tuition. From the boss' house till KAP. then I slept like a log on the bus home. the neighbours are drilling their house but I still managed to take a nap.

Went for the language training at YOG HQ in the evening and I took another walk to the place. I had no idea where was it so I just kept walking. in there, I overheard a woman say "the old MOE". ahhh, that rings a bell. I've been here before. I can't remember the interior but before I left, I turned around and looked at the building, that was the only thing I remembered of the OLD MOE. A building surrounded by lots of trees on a hill. I dreamt of it sometimes... but it was haunted in my dreams. What a nostalgic feeling. then, I took a walk to Queenstown until I decided it was too late and I better get myself onto a train.

When the weather's good, I tell myself to take a walk. I think its nice.

The boys fought today. The older one is stubborn and the younger one is ridiculous. Put them together, good times don't last.
